Position description:

Duties include research, teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, graduate supervision, and service to the institution.


Qualifications and assets:


  • Teaching capabilities in at least two of the following clusters: (1) instructional design and Human Performance Technology; (2) learning theories; (3) administration and project management for instructional projects, and (4) research methods for educational technology, comprising quantitative and qualitative methods, or design research methods, (5) program evaluation.
  • Ability to work, communicate, and teach effectively in diverse contexts within the university, and with the communities with which we engage.

Additional assets include:

  • Work experience in an educational capacity (teacher, administrator, instructional designer).
  • Experience in using mixed methods research.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French.
