Junior Business Development Associate

Red Thread Innovations is a digital innovation firm with the solitary mission of building meaningful digital products that delight consumers and transform businesses.

Responsibilities:

Leverage information in our ICPs to identify potential partners
Research on the prospective client's current state, business needs, and timesensitive opportunities
Determine the prospect's interest in product ideation, user experience design, and digital product development
Schedule discovery meetings on behalf of leadership team
Updating and keeping detailed notes in our CRM
Work with Director, Growth and product teams to create sales and marketing collateral
Build a deep understanding of our business products, processes and operations, and remain uptodate on industry news
Search for RFPs opportunities through company websites and industry tools such as

Merx or Biddingo

Meet with 810 sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Selfstarter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
Interest in technology and digital product development
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar

Assets

Experience initiating relationships with midsize and enterprise level clients
Experience working with technologybased startups
Familiarity with user experience design, agile methodology, and software engineering
Ideally 13 years of professional experience

Salary:
From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
