Job Description:


Core Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage agency relationships, including deepening existing partnerships with clients and external agencies
  • Understanding of data driven marketing, profiling and segmentation in order to define and enhance targeting
  • Understand the customer lifecycle and customer experience
  • Develop and present pointsofview that will help build the clients business and uncover areas of opportunity
  • Develop presentations as requested for client and/or agency meetings and marketing plans
  • Coordinate internally and with vendors/partners to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns
  • Support the development of key actionable insights based on key learnings on a project by reviewing results reports and pulling out key insights
  • Development of testing matrices to support test strategies that roll up into a progressive learning agenda
  • Support the project management team with operational logistics such as client SOWs, management of budget, and our agency partnerships
  • Manage and mentor junior team members

Qualifications:


  • 35 years of experience within an agency environment
  • Prior success with developing and growing strong relationships with clients, agencies and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensure management of client expectations around timing, deliverables, and budget;
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to navigate and optimize crossagency relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of digital campaign workflow, measurement and reporting
  • Conversant in relevant marketing channels/technologies
  • Experience working with creative and other agency teams
  • Experience managing timesensitive, fixed cost projects
  • Previous experience working with large brands/budgets and managing projects of scale
  • Interest in learning and eventually supporting financial aspects of client relationships and projects
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high standard of work within a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent project management skills; strong attention to detail and crossteam coordination
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with financial institutions a plus
