    We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling large and complex commercial property claims, providing expert advice, and ensuring timely resolution. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle large and complex commercial property claims, from inception to closure.
      • ">
    • Analyze client insurance coverage and provide clear explanations of entitlements.
      • ">
    • Gather factual information from insureds, third parties, and stakeholders to determine claim circumstances, causes, and eligibility.
      • ">
    • Collaborate with internal departments and external specialists to resolve claims efficiently.
      • ">
    • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of progress and deliver exceptional service.
      • ">
    • Properly document files according to company standards and guidelines.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • 5+ years of experience in handling commercial property claims.
      • ">
    • Strong knowledge of insurance products and investigative techniques.
      • ">
    • A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
      • ">
    • A university degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
      • ">
    • CIP Designation is an asset.
      • ">
