Description
Filter change- Clean oil from machines
- Reposition oil drums if filled up from compressor
- Clean mould water and air hoses
- Basic repairs
- Install hoses on line
- Replace broken cables and plugs
- Replace broken air and water hoses
- Maintain shop tools and equipment
- Monitor equipment performance, document and evaluate
- Grinder cleaning if jammed
- Proactive maintenance to ensure plant equipment functions with minimum downtime
- Read and interpret machine drawings and schematics
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and storage locations
- Respond to breakdowns immediately or provide communication for repairs
- Focus on continuous improvement of equipment performance to improve efficiency
- Experienced in industrial hydraulics and repairs
- Knowledge of blow moulding machines
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic issues
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Strong technical skills
- Knowledge in automotive products is an asset
- Strong communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$26.00-$34.00 per hour
