Responsibilities include:

Administrative:

• Management of time and billing system
• Vancouver and Vancouver Island
• Research from credible sources for digital advisory, tax and other government compliance
• Assistance with general office management duties
• Be an assistant to the principal of the firm

Business Development:

• Assistance with business development of the firm

Client management and communications:

Marketing:

• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media
• Gather, research, and prepare communications material for internal and external audiences
• Develop, implement, and evaluate communications strategies and programs designed to inform clients
• Supporting digital marketing initiatives and tracking campaign progressCreating and managing mailing lists
• Developing and sourcing images and content for digital platforms
• Optimize SEO
• Assess characteristics of services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs

Requirements:

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in marketing, business administration, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Creative thinker
• Problem solver

$15.65-$22.00 per hour
