Your quest is to demystify complex problems to conceive and help bring delightful digital experiences across employee journeys to life.

As a member of our Enterprise UX team, you will participate actively in the design process: working with stakeholders from the earliest stages of discovery, using design-driven methods to shape how we understand problems, and developing insights and recommendations in collaboration with the UX experts to deliver second-to-none employee solutions.

  • Develop reports to communicate ideas, secure stakeholder buyin, and inspire teams at all levels, from peers to executives.
  • Develop working prototypes in collaboration with UX designers to test and validate solutions for refinement.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to support the rollout of initiatives through experimentation, testing and refinement based on learnings.
  • Empathize with and lead stakeholders and customers as they move through the innovation journey.
  • Advocate for customercentricity throughout the organization.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, IT analysis and/or service design.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
  • Analytical, curious, and creative.
  • Proactive, comfortable working within a selfdirected culture and navigating ambiguity.
  • A patient listener, effective communicator, engaging presenter and compelling storyteller.
  • Comfortable interacting at different organizational levels, from peers to senior management.
  • Many examples in your back pocket showcase your process of communicating analysis through a usercentered mindset.
  • Expertise in facilitation and UX design methodology.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can provide and receive constructive feedback.

Profile sought:
