Currently, we are in search of talent like you We are looking for an experienced and skilled
Project Foreman to join our Kelowna team on a full-time basis.


Overall Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent with project administration as necessary
  • Act as a liaison between the Project Manager, Site Superintendent, and trades in coordinating the work of the trades
  • Review and monitor subcontractor's scope of work
  • Motivate and provide assistance to personnel by providing direction and consultation
  • Ensure that project correspondence is organized and updated
  • Report issues to Superintendent
  • Coordinate and follow up with trades and consultants as required
  • Provides and maintains conflict resolution
  • Manage workers in the performance of both skilled and unskilled labor
  • All other duties assigned by the Superintendent

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years work experience in woodframe multifamily construction projects with 1 year experience as a foreman
  • Field experience in multifamily/residential construction is preferred
  • Experience using MS Project & MS Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu
  • Possess knowledge in construction processes, contracts, scheduling and quality control in large multifamily woodframe projects
  • Be a motivated selfstarter who thrives in a fast pace team environment and has a strong desire to grow with the Company
  • Demonstrate effective communication and team building skills
  • Be results focused with a proven track record of accomplishments in the construction field
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem solve, handle numerous and diverse activities, organizing and prioritizing appropriately to meet demands and expectations

Salary:
$30.00-$36.00 per hour
