Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
An absolute passion for "Customer Service" and excellent Communication traits.
Strong relationship builder.
Experience with New Developments would also be an asset
Strong desire to develop a team of managers that excel working with staff and clients alike.
Minimum 5 years experience in managing Condominiums
Must be Licensed through CMRAO
