What You'll Do

Lead and supervise the daytoday operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
Establish work schedules.
Enforce policies and procedures.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
Assist clients/guests with special needs.
Ability to supervise and direct staff.
Oversee merchandise sales onsite and online.
Manage night audit team to ensure balanced cash out for venues onsite, on a daily basis.

What You Have

Previous experience in an upscale restaurant management position and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest service standards.
Servicefocused personality is essential.
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
