What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise the daytoday operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules.
  • Enforce policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Ability to supervise and direct staff.
  • Oversee merchandise sales onsite and online.
  • Manage night audit team to ensure balanced cash out for venues onsite, on a daily basis.

What You Have

  • Previous experience in an upscale restaurant management position and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest service standards.
  • Servicefocused personality is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
