- Checking and preparing account closures.
- Setting-up online users.
- Maintaining the Bank's intermediary online platform.
- Dealing with queries from online clients.
- Preparing interest certificates and audit requests.
- Activating Butterfield Online passwords.
- Suggesting and implementing changes to procedures and updating the relevant manual.
- Ensuring operational losses are kept to a minimum and any potential losses are identified and referred immediately.
- Ability to produce quick and accurate work.
- Ability to maintain high standards of customer service while working under pressure.
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven IT skills and knowledge of network applications including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
