About The Role
As
Operations Support Coordinator you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Operations Department and assist with managing the front desk.
This full-time term opportunity is based out of Head Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which is located on First Nations land.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Assist the Operations Support team with daytoday administrative activities
- Provide high quality customer support
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Complete mail merges for client notifications
- Other general administrative tasks
About You:
- Office Administration Certificate
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant also preferred
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office 36
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Customeroriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
