As an
EXPERIENCED Shop Foreman/ Journeyman Technician, you will be passionate about always providing quality repairs for all of our guests.

Our dealership is looking for an energetic, honest, hardworking individual who excels in mechanical aptitude, efficient repairs, and mentoring other Technicians to be their best.

Are a Red Seal Technician and an experienced Shop Foreman? Amazing

You'll be given a fully equipped, state-of-the-art shop and skilled Technicians to help you be successful

Who You Are:

Passionate about mechanics, efficient and organized
Friendly, honest, hardworking, outgoing, love to learn
You love a fastpaced environment and are open to challenges
You have 4 or more years as a Technician and 2 or more as a Shop Foreman
Expert at diagnosing issues, sound judgement
Expert product knowledge and use of computer based diagnosing equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Super planner, organized and can work under pressure
Works well with others
Valid Driver's License with a clean Abstract
You have your own tools (of course right)
CDK or PBS experience is a major asset

Essential Job Duties:

Work with Service Advisors, Technicians and Management to expedite repairs
Gather information about the vehicle's mechanical issues and maintenance requirements
Diagnose vehicle concerns
Routine inspections, safety inspections, out of province inspections; you know the drill
Review required services and preventative maintenance services with the Service Advisor
Provide accurate estimates, and explain required services and expected completion timelines when needed
Efficiently and accurately repair vehicles
OEM PDI's
Keep the Service Team informed of the status of the vehicle repair
Communicate with the service team to identify opportunities and resolve issues
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
