Looking for a Hardworking and Reliable Office Administrator to Join a Multidisciplinary Health & Wellness Clinic in the Annex Toronto

The Spruce Wellness Clinic is a multidisciplinary health & wellness clinic located in Toronto in the heart of the Annex (Bathurst & Bloor). We offer high quality boutique-style one-on-one healthcare services, including Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, and more

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a part-time Office Administrator to join our team on the following days:10:15-6:15 pm on Thursday, 10:15-7:15pm on Friday and 10:15-3:15pm on Saturdays.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma or higher
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency in using JaneApp is preferred
  • Satisfactory attendance and performance required
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle calls from patient/families, referring physicians with diplomacy, courtesy and efficiency; triage patient calls; rebooking of the patient, direct billing, and collecting payment Maintaining confidentiality of patient and family information

Maintaining positive working relationships with patients, families, family support, unit and interprofessional staff

Tidy-up and maintain clinic cleanliness:


  • Create social media content and assist with clinic marketing

NEXT STEPS

Job Type:

Part-time

Part-time hours: 23 per week


Salary:

$16.00 per hour

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
