Part-Time IT Support Technician
Orthodontics on Danforth


About Us:

Location: 758 Danforth Avenue Toronto, Ontario

Located minutes from Pape Subway Station

We are a busy orthodontic practice looking for a part-time IT support technician to join our team to provide onsite and/or remote support including, but not limited to:
Desktop hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, internet, backups, and network infrastructure.


Schedule:

PT, On-Call

Approximately 4-10 hrs/month


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate electronically and in person with staff experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
  • Provide network and Internet support to staff in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Perform Webserver backup and recovery operations

Background:


  • IT support with 2+ years experience
