    Apr 17, Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring a remote Onboarding and Administrative Coordinator.

    Kognitive Sales Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Onboarding and Administrative Coordinator.

    In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires and providing comprehensive administrative support to our team and executives.

    You will play a vital role in coordinating training, managing administrative tasks, and supporting compliance efforts throughout the organization.


    Onboarding and Training Coordination:
    Coordinate training sessions and materials for new employees, working closely with department heads and team leaders.


    Administrative Support:
    Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

    Handle compliance-related tasks such as processing expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative duties in accordance with company policies and utilizing Power BI for efficient data management.

    Executive Assistance:

    Facilitate the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations, leveraging Excel and Power BI to analyze data and visualize insights effectively.

    Assist in project planning and coordination for corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
    Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information, adhering to privacy regulations and company confidentiality policies.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a Related Field preferred
    Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably with a focus on compliance, in a fast-paced corporate environment.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications, with advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
