- Responds to service calls and performs a full range of maintenance related duties on assigned products.
- Plays a lead role in provision of basic services including cleaning drilling lock replacement for safe deposit boxes under counter teller equipment maintaining bolt work time locks on safes chests vaults maintaining mechanical electrical combination locks providing key duplication lock core replacement maintaining after hour depositories handles customer calls asking questions actively listening ensures understanding reported issues concerns schedules time customer premises attends customer meetings delivery training ensures operational understanding product optimization maintains proper inventory levels reduces excess inventory return visits missing incorrect parts attends training Canton OH as required.
