Dixie Toyota is looking for a service advisor to join our team
No automotive experience required however, retail/sales experience is an asset.

Are you looking for a great opportunity to begin a career in the automotive industry? We are looking to add a full time Service Advisor in our Service Drive-Thru.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers
Performing Walk around inspection on vehicles in that come through the Drive Thru
Providing maintenance & repair recommendations
Explaining the nature of repairs
Following up with other departments regarding customer repairs
Processing Internal work orders
Invoicing customer, warranty, & internal repair orders
Maintaining Tire Storage
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excels in communication with customers & fellow team members
Exceptional customer service skills
Sales experience is an asset
Attention to detail and team oriented
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Possesses the ability to selfstart
Saturday work required
