The Relief Facilities Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager/Director of Property Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inputs accounts payables into the GP Dynamics system and exports to the Finance Department;
  • Researches and obtains expense estimates as required;
  • Completes and submits requisitions for purchases by Property Management staff for approval;
  • Responds to routine correspondence as required;
  • Codes all invoices for approval;
  • Monitors the incoming mail, selecting and prioritizing matters that require attention and takes appropriate action.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of office administration and financial/accounting skills normally acquired through the completion of a community college diploma with 5 years directly related work experience
    (Cases for Equivalency will be considered);:
  • Knowledge of Property Management Procedures;
  • Excellent organizational, administrative and written and oral communications skills;
  • Must be able to work in a multitask, deadline environment;
  • Ability to maintain a positive approach and a professional manner at all times;
  • Ability to interact with a range of people within a multicultural, crisis environment;
  • Working knowledge of property management software would be considered an asset.
