Responsibilities:


  • Must Have Quickbooks Experience
  • Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation
  • Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning
  • Utilize accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) to maintain financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments

Skills:


  • Proficient in payroll processing and employee record management
  • Strong knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation
  • Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
  • Ability to conduct bank reconciliations accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Types:
