IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), leading provider of loss recovery services to the insurance industry in Canada, has an opening for a Buyer & Transportation Support Representative at our Corporate office in Mississauga, ON.

IAA's national service offering allows sellers to standardize processes across the country and provides buyers with Canada's most extensive selection of salvage vehicles.

Responsible for all daily activities surrounding buyer and client support processes to ensure that customer service expectations are met.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the growth and maintenance of Impact's Buyer and Seller Relationships
  • Builds, enhances and nurtures customer relationships with major Vehicle Remarketing Division providers
  • Ensures best practice and processes for designated accounts to ensure each account's different service levels are met
  • Has direct responsibility for dealer business, VRD and Vehicle Purchase including growing dealer attendance and expanding customer base within assigned territory
  • Supports efforts in the Fleet Lease, Rental, Finance and Company Sales Channel
  • Resolves customer issues and complaints by taking immediate action independently or referring customer to appropriate manager
  • Works with corporate marketing departments to initiate marketing and promotional programs designed to enhance provider portfolio
  • Keeps up to date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions and competitors and adjusts sales and buyer strategy accordingly
  • Measures and manages provider expectations with quarterly reviews
  • Organizes weekly meetings with clients to grow and maintain account volumes
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of buyer portion of ASAP to be able to spot problems and resolve issues at hand
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education:


  • High School Diploma or Higher Education

Years of Experience:


  • 35 years

Job Requirements:


  • Possess a thorough knowledge of automotive repair industry
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Proficient in MSOffice Suite
  • Time management skills
  • Positive and outgoing attitude
  • Professional and clean appearance
  • Must be team player, as effective interaction with coworkers is essential
  • Organization skills and eye for detail necessary
  • Very good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services
  • Must be available to represent Impact at Industry Events, Conferences and Tradeshows
  • Bilingual in English/French would be an asset
