Description
We're seeking a talented Financial and Logistics Administrator to join our Canada Sales Team in Toronto.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and working with a highly driven team, you'll support business growth of our Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands.


What you'll be doing

  • You will support the delivery of compliance, finance administration, logistics administration and inventory management
  • You will coordinate, process and report on invoices, POs, expense reports, sales tracking, and permits and license
  • You will support depletion, shipments, and promo forecasting processes through maintaining files, reports, and supporting the management team with updating their files

What you'll bring

  • 13 years' administration experience, in a professional environment or relevant internship experience for recent college graduates.
  • General understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable procedures
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Word, Outlook skills.
  • An industry Certificate/Diploma or an Associate Degree in Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • A confident relationship builder with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A 'winning together' mindset by understanding the perspectives of others, creating a positive team culture, managing emotions and maintaining strong bonds.
