Job summary
We are hiring a Workforce Planning & Scheduling Specialist to own our staffing forecasts,hiring needs plans, and coverage strategy across multiple client teams.
This role requires workforce planning experience with knowledge of call center scheduling,
and capacity planning. Requirements include strong Excel skills,
a background in BPO operations (strongly preferred),
and excellent written communication skills.
