    Students (Fixed Term) (Seasonal) (Trainee)

    Perform all duties relating to the position of Settlement Clerk including:

  • Sort, post, distribute, and file various route paperwork.
  • Produce credit invoices and have them authorized.
  • Process payments and IVC's to driver's accounts.
  • Reconcile product and account for all differences.
  • Update loads and enter platform transactions for each driver.
  • Follow up on any outstanding issues or discrepancies for driver accounts.
  • Perform general accounting duties as directed by supervisor.
  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • Must be enrolled in post secondary education.
  • Must be able to work in a computerized environment.
  • Ability to handle detail and perform work accurately.
