As a Sales Support Specialist your role includes:

Responding to initial contact from clients and customers who have expressed interest in Escape Trailer
Contacting customers and responding accurately and satisfactorily to customer questions and concerns
Providing detailed information about products and services to prospective customers
Informing them of our services and processes

Preferred skills/experience:

Excellent communication and people skills
Previous knowledge in the trailer industry would be beneficial but not required
Customer Service experience
Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy

This role is a gateway to Sales and Business Development and is a great opportunity for the right individual to develop excellent customer relations in a direct to consumer business.
