Reporting to the Director of International Marketing, the
International PPC specialist will be responsible for the PPC strategy, from planning and execution to international activation.

The role involves a high degree of stakeholder consultation as well as partnership and requires an appetite to build scaled strategies while also balancing the need to tailor campaigns towards the local market priorities.

We're looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can drive game-changing PPC results in a dynamic, passionate international marketing team.

Responsibilities:


  • Implement PPC strategies to grow brand awareness, conversions and leads through marketing performance, search engine and conversion optimization for a portfolio of brands
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation
  • Execute data driven paid marketing strategy through creation of Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook marketing campaigns and their optimization
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search console to analyze campaign performance
  • Create campaign performance reports, monthly spend reporting and ad hoc reports as needed
  • Explore new marketing channels as required
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external marketing /media partners.

Skills, Competencies & Requirements:


  • University degree in marketing (MBA is an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts, terminology and experience working with transactional and nontransactional websites
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills needed
  • Knowledge of SEM, SEO and web products
  • Knowledge of Google, Facebook and YouTube advertising platforms (Google and Facebook certifications are a strong asset)
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with media partners
  • Autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment

Experience:


  • 3 to 5 years experience in display and social media paid advertising
  • B2C marketing experience (an asset)
  • Experience using Facebook Ads, Google Ads and similar thirdparty campaign management tools
  • Experience working in global marketing environments (an asset)
  • Experience working in ecommerce (an asset)
  • Experience with WordPress and Shopify content management systems (an asset)
  • Analytics experience in performancebased marketing is highly preferred
  • Experience with Data reporting and visualization tools
