We are currently seeking a Junior Estimator for our Door & Hardware Division.Southwest has been a leading sub-contractor in the London and surrounding area for over 35 years.
With over 40 employees in a 28,000 SF modern facility, we are able offer a diverse portfolio of work ranging from Hollow Metal Doors/Frames, Wood Doors, Architectural Hardware, Automatic Operators, Toilet Partitions and Washroom Accessories.

- Report directly to the Chief Estimator
- Assist Chief Estimator on project takeoffs for multiple commercial projects
- Assist in analyzing tenders to determine Div. 8 DFH scope and schedule requirements
- Create material RFQ's to suppliers and gather quotes for take off forms
- Communicate with Chief Estimator to ensure all jobs closing deadlines are met
- Diploma / Degree in Project Management or the equivalent combination of education and related construction experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Knowledge of Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames and Hardware scope
- Strong Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
- Computer literacy

$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
