Position Summary:


  • The Company is currently searching for a motivated team player to join the exciting, fastgrowing company. You will be working in a teambased environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you.

Key responsibilities:

Administrative duties - answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner, schedule appointments, manage referrals, result management and handle billing.

Lab Duties - include collecting and preparing laboratory specimens or perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments.

Patient Care duties
  • Coordinate patient care through the clinic: checking in, prepping, escorting to exam rooms, preparing exam or treatment rooms, answering questions, providing postappointment service, monitoring the waiting room.

General duties
  • Ensure to keep patient information confidential and secure at all times.
  • Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required by clinic management.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A Team Player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Ability to analyze, problemsolve and take the initiative.
  • Open and accountable
  • Ability to work varying shift patterns as needed by the clinic (including evenings and weekends)
  • Experience as an MOA or MOA programs certification is an asset.
  • Experience with EMR system OSCAR and a good understanding of MSP billing are assets.
