Assembly Supervisor

SUMMARY:

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read and interpret company and customer supplied drawings and specifications to ensure quality work performed
Installation and placement of major equipment
Installation and supporting of spooling
Skid layout for small bore piping
Fitting of socket and screwed small bore pipe
Read, interpret and redline construction drawings and blueprints (isometrics, P&IDs, G.As)
Pneumatic testing of spools
Be an active participant in the company's safety program

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Journeyperson pipefitting ticket preferred.
4 years previous experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
A team player with good organizational skills
Fall Arrest and AWP certificate would be considered an asset
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely in a fastpaced shop environment
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Successful completion of a preemployment functional
Successful completion of a Preemployment drug and alcohol test
