Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and perform well under pressure
Excellent problemsolving abilities
At least one (1) year bartending experience
Smart Serve certified
Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
Always maintains professionalism and courtesy with team members
A desire to have fun at work, while working with a sense of urgency, purpose, and pride

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Develops and maintains the bar procedures and product inventory for alcoholic beverages.
Assists Pub Manager in planning promotional strategies and develops recipes to improve the beverage program.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, glassware and equipment through regular inspections and completing daily checklist.
Creates and serves beverages to guests satisfaction.
Assists in training bar staff to establish consistency.
Ensures all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed.
Works with F&B servers to ensure efficient beverage service in all of the clubs' outlets including Bunkers and beverage cart.
Communicates with Pub Manager for purchasing, procurement and receiving of beverage products and supplies.
Assists with private parties and serving both food and beverage, when necessary.
Keeps current with changing member preferences and industry trends relative to the beverage operations.
Complete other appropriate work related tasks or assignments as requested by Pub Management or other management members.
