Job Description:


We are looking for a sales leader for Kijiji Autos who can effectively grow and develop an experienced outside Sales team in Eastern Canada, (Quebec and the Maritime provinces).

As a leader, you will have experience in effectively building a high-performance sales team, while performing to exceed established business targets and objectives.


What You'll Do:


  • Take an active part in leading all aspects of a large base of existing automotive clients
  • Drive yearoveryear growth targets, strategic sales and performance plans
  • Maintain and grow existing advertising revenue from a wide range of automotive dealers
  • Utilise Salesforce to manage your teams sales activity Experience in interviewing and building winning teams
  • Develop industry leading sales strategies based on data insights
  • Spend the time executing with your team, mentoring and training others to be leaders, rather than advising from above

Qualifications:


What You'll Have:


  • 5+ years experience building and managing a high performing outside sales team
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry and more specifically, automotive advertising
  • Proven experience developing a sales and execution strategy based on data insights
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand key sales activity metrics and revenue projections
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
