$21.62 per hour

Job duties include:
- Supporting our residents through the delivery of the highest quality of personal care
- Working as a key member of Spruce Lodge's multidisciplinary teams to understand residents' individual needs, and advocate for residents to actively participate in decisions about their care
- Fostering excellent relationships with residents, their families and the Spruce Lodge care team to deliver care focusing on flexible living and quality of life
Our Nursing students know our residents and are quickly able to identify and report any changes in the resident's well-being to the Registered Practical Nurse or Charge Nurse.
Qualifications:
- Completed one year of RPN or BSCN program or two years of a medical science program
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
- Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the PSW role
- Current and clear criminal check from a Canadian Police Information Centre, including vulnerable sector check completed within the last six months
