- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to litigation cases
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Draft and negotiate settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is located
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Lawyer
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and practices
- Proficient in conducting legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent legal drafting skills with the ability to write clear and persuasive arguments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients' interests
