    Temps plein | Permanent | Basé à Lévis (mobilité ponctuelle sur le territoire)

    À la Coopérative de Services Rive-Sud, on accompagne des milliers de personnes sur le territoire du grand Lévis, de la MRC de Bellechasse et de Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon grâce à une équipe de 300 employés et près de 2 000 membres actifs. Ici, le travail contribue directement à une mission sociale, dans un milieu humain, vivant et en mouvement.

    La Coopérative recherche une personne responsable de faire évoluer l'accueil, la formation et l'engagement afin d'offrir une expérience employé cohérente et mobilisante.

    Votre rôleRelevant de la direction expérience membre, la personne titulaire du poste encadre le parcours employé (accueil, intégration, formation continue) et contribue à l'engagement, à la rétention et à la qualité terrain. Le poste encadre les préposés offrant des services d'assistance personnelle (SAP) et de l'aide à la vie domestique (AVD), en collaboration avec la direction expérience employé, la planification et la logistique, ainsi que les formateurs.

    Ce que le poste implique

    Parcours employé & intégration

    Superviser le programme d'accueil et d'intégration

    Assurer les suivis d'intégration jours (appels, rencontres)

    Repérer rapidement les enjeux d'intégration et intervenir pour corriger la situation

    Contribuer activement à la rétention et au sentiment d'appartenance

    Formation & développement

    Planifier et coordonner la formation continue

    Créer et améliorer des outils de formation clairs, novateurs et motivants

    Assurer le suivi des formations obligatoires et adapter les contenus aux réalités terrain

    Contribuer aux plans de développement professionnel (individuels et/ou équipes)

    Engagement, qualité terrain & cohérence

    Être à l'écoute des employés, soutenir les enjeux humains et participer aux rencontres de soutien

    Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes terrain et les directions (Lévis + Bellechasse)

    Harmoniser les pratiques en soins d'assistance personnelle et aide à la vie domestique tout en assurant la cohérence des standards de qualité terrain

    Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques et des façons de faire

    Valider certaines données administratives au besoin (poinçons / heures)

    Téléphone de garde sur rotation

    Profil recherché

    Diplôme en administration (profil RH) ou relations industrielles

    Minimum 1 an d'expérience pertinente en RH, gestion ou coordination

    Excellente communication écrite et orale en français

    Aisance avec les outils Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

    Empathie + rigueur + sens de l'organisation

    Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités incluant des situations sensibles

    Aisance dans les relations interpersonnelles;

    Connaissance d'une coopérative (atout)

    Conditions de travail et avantages offerts

    35 à 40 h/semaine (à discuter) , horaire de jour (lundi au vendredi), en présentiel avec mobilité ponctuelle
