Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor.

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced restaurant environment while leading the line.

Duties:


  • Lead the line by board calling and communicating with the staff.
  • Work closely with the kitchen manager to maintain a consistent flow.
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
  • Assist with food handling and storage to maintain freshness and quality
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Help with other tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

$18.00-$21.00 per hour
