Key Responsibilties

Oversee research project related tasks in the Mine Backfill Geomechanics laboratory, including climate control, organization of sample storage areas, general maintenance for servo-hydraulic and electromechanical equipment, all with adherence to the University of Toronto Health & Safety protocols.

Regularly meet with the larger research team and with the industrial sponsor to coordinate laboratory
- and field-based research; and subsequently develop detailed laboratory testing programs.

Present research findings to PI, industrial sponsors, and other members of the research team.

Note:
This is a 2 year term position with the possibility of extension.
