We are an established dental clinic located in Etobicoke, looking for an experienced dental receptionist to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a Canadian Dental Practice.Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checkingin patients
- Contacting insurances for breakdowns and predeterminations
- Confirming patient appointments
- Maximizing schedule efficiency for providers
- Billing out patients, collecting copayments and payments
- Entering in treatment plans, and following up with patients
- Calling insurances for missing claims payment
- Be a team player
- Be able to work independently and take initiative
- Be fluent in English in both written and oral
- Be willing to learn and expand skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From $25.00 per hour
