Project Delivery Manager - Montréal, Canada - CGI
Description
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and executing the required monitoring and update activities (Weekly, Monthly, etc.)
Identifying & informing about discrepancies and propose the actions to be taken
Collaborating to incorporate & update the overall plan in the organization's Program/Project planning tool
Tracking & updating project metrics (actuals, remaining to be done, Opex/Capex budget envelope, etc.).
Ensuring standardized & official Program/Project documentation are filed in the right tools in accordance with methodology (Finance, Legal, etc.)
Developing and maintaining monitoring reports & dashboards, and tracking expenses (invoices, SOW, PO,...)
Contribute and assist
- Monitor and report on progress
- Presentations preparation, statistics, dashboards, and other documentation necessary for the various committees and meetings
- Roadmap creation & in the planning, coordination and monitoring of working activities
- Status with an overall analysis of the situation (qualitative and financial actual versus baseline)
- The revision and updating of the overall timeline, assignments, Program/Project costs, as well as the production of the "health status" (timeline, Accountability, records: risks, issues, requests for change, decisions, followup points) PO, etc
WORK AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, computer science, computer engineering or other related discipline
- Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in PCO
- Strong influencing, negotiating and risk management skills
- Resourcefulness, strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Good knowledge of business, functional and corporate processes
- Solid understanding and experience of financial project management
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- You are independent, creative and resourceful
- You communicate effectively and are comfortable making presentations in front of an audience
- Knowledgeable in MS Project and Microsoft tool suite
