Bridge to Care Inc is a Faith-based Not for Profit Healthcare Organization that provides senior care services and child care services for families who have children/young adults with autism.
You will work collaboratively with the family and Program Coordinator to develop and implement strategies to help the clients overcome significant physical, cognitive and behavioural challenges.
