Job Summary
The Documentation Administrator is responsible for generating, processing and issuing engineering drawings, supporting documentation, and technical information to manufacturing.

Job Duties Review and assemble engineering specifications, drawings, and schematics for as-built project documentation requirements. Review and assemble engineering specifications, drawings, and schematics for as-built project documentation requirements. Develop and produce Operations & Maintenance manuals and related technical documentation for as-built integrated machinery & equipment required for end-user operation and maintenance. Create Part IDs, Bill of Materials, Routings, and Production Orders in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. Create required documentation to facilitate transfer of designs from Engineering to Production. Ensure accurate materials, manufacturing processes, and project details are applied to documents. Ensure manufacturing details are applied to documentation and conform to Samco engineering and production processes. Collaborate with Project Leaders, Engineers/Designers, Project Managers, Testing, and Operations team members to develop, produce, and maintian accurate engineering and technical documentation. Maintain positive, courteous, and productive working relationship with manager, colleagues, customers, suppliers and associates of Samco. Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and policies as outlined in the Company Health & Safety Manual. Comply with all company rules, regulations, and requirements as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Follow departmental procedures required by ISO and actively participate in recommending improvements
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Dynamic and fast-paced environment with deadlines which may result in working additional hours.
The physical working condition is typical of an office and manufacturing environment that contains of noise, dust, and fumes along with long periods of desk and computer work.
The incumbent must be able to work independently in a structured work environment.Job Types:

Education:
