Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Systems Analyst - Senior for one of our clients.

Position:
Systems Analyst - Intermediate

Location: 222 Jarvis St, Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)

Hybrid - 3 days on site and 2 days remote

Duration:
Long Term Contract

MUST HAVES:

57 years Demonstrated knowledge and experience with system analysis and creation of technical documentation
Practical experience with large scale business transformation projects and business process analysis/modeling initiatives for reputable organizations

Nice

Knowledge and practical experience in project management methodologies
Experience with OKTA, IAM software's, Oracle IM
Public Sector Experience

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with system analysis and creation of technical documentation
Practical experience with large scale business transformation projects and business process analysis/modeling initiatives
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Knowledge and practical experience in project management methodologies
Document defined system management process and procedures;

Problem-Solving, Analytical and Issues Management Skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve and ability to work independently and juggle multiple competing tasks
Ability to identify, analyse and document issues including options for resolution
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows, for asis and tobe states
Experience providing solutions to various technical, operational, and servicerelated problems, efficiently and effectively
Ability to troubleshoot for persistent problems arising from diverse technology situations

Communication and Customer Service Skills

Must be organized and able to prioritize responsibilities and tasks to meet deliverables.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills to develop operational documents, training materials, policy, processes and procedures.
Ability to develop and draft technical recommendations for senior management.
Demonstrated customer service skills to manage issues.
Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to evaluate recommendations and ensures all recommended solutions for improvement are congruent with the project goals and objectives.
