Responsibilities:

• Bank reconciliation, Journal entries and other day to day accounting functions
• Creating financial reports for month end
• Preparation of financial statements
• Maintain general ledger
• HR/training/onboarding support
• Yearend audit preparation assistant
• Ordering office supplies
• Workflow management
• Database management
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Postsecondary education in business or accounting at the college level or higher
• 3 years' experience in a similar, handson role
• Prior experience using accounting software
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work within a fastpaced environment
• Motivated and ability to take initiative
• Superior attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient in both an independent environment and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
