The Health Care Aide is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing direct care to assist in the activities of daily living,comfort,
safety of our residents
and indirect services to support the overall provision of care in their assigned area.
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the resident needs
- Observe
& report unusual signs/symptoms
& incidences to the profession al nursing staff - Provide timely information to thE supervising professional regarding observed changes
