Job Title: Contract Specialist

This role provides effective professional contract management and procurement services through timely, accurate and effective development, negotiation and execution of commercial-term contracts/documents.

 

The Contract Specialist enhances the contract management process within the organization by recommending opportunities for process improvements.

• You will have autonomy to work with our business to negotiate and draft contracts, statements of work, amendments, and NDAs;
• You will be able to advise business on contract elements relating internal policy legislation supplier/contractor agreements ensure all considerations are addressed;
• You will verify accuracy information compliance with relevant statutes exchange information clarify instruct both client groups external suppliers contractors address issues associated scope service level agreements regulatory matters interpretation application . What makes you successful:
