CCTV Sewer Inspection Operator Assistant

Whitby, ON

$20 - $25 an hour - Full Time Permanent

Join the T2 team in our Whitby office, we specialize in gathering information for asset planning and reducing the unknowns related to the existing underground for infrastructure projects across Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the collection of field data associated with the completion of CCTV sewer investigations
Troubleshoot/coordinate and effectively communicate with engineers, project managers and directors to ensure optimal client satisfaction
Perform duties such as setting up traffic control as directed, taking field measurements and performing other tasks as instructed
Complete paperwork including record keeping and simple mathematics legibly and accurately
Learn, Understand and Follow T2 Utility Engineers processes
Clean and perform preventative maintenance on the trucks and auxiliary equipment
Assist Lead Technician as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience assisting with CCTV or related field investigations
Traffic control and confined space entry training as asset
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Willing to work in varying weather conditions including out of town work
Valid driver's license in good standing
Have the ability to successfully obtain government security clearance (Reliability or Secret)
Mechanically inclined
