Job summary
The Install Planning Clerk role involves optimizing area install technician resources to meet customer demands through scheduling and resource allocation.The job requires working in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively. The candidate should have experience with software programs such as W6, GERS, MS Office & Clarify and be able to work well under pressure.
- Accountable for setting the daily schedule by including scheduling overnight installs.
- Required to handle escalations by managing queues and monitoring email inbox activity.
