The Role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. The Role will be responsible for continued training, feed back and oversight of restaurant floor staff. This position will report directly to the Director of food and beverageResponsibilities:
- Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities
- Ensure proper training of employees
- Organizing reservations & sections
- Maintaining good customer and public relations while representing the business
- Ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Ensuring all steps of service are followed, all guests are greeted and go above and beyond when needed & deal with daily guests concerns & or challenges
- The Floor Manager may serve in any capacity within the restaurant as needed due to associate absence and perform related duties and assignments as required
- Manage daily operations and POS functions
- Inspect Open/Close restaurant in accordance with daily checklists
- 24 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Pay:
$17.50-$19.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
