# SENIOR WEDDING & EVENT PLANNER (OPERATIONAL – AISLE PLANNER)We are looking for a highly experienced operational Wedding & Event Planner with proven hands-on wedding execution experience.
This is not a styling role.
This is not a creative brainstorming role.
This is a structure, logistics and execution role.
You will manage and structure approximately 30 weddings per year inside Aisle Planner with precision and autonomy.
If you have not worked on-site at multiple real weddings and managed timelines live, this role is not for you.
— I initiate projects in Aisle Planner
— I provide structured meeting notes
— You translate these into fully developed timelines and action plans
— You write professional meeting summaries
— You define clear to-do's for the couple
— You define internal to-do's for me
— You update and refine floor plans
— Within 7 days after each meeting, the platform must be fully updated
No delays. No partial updates. No loose ends.
## CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
— Develop detailed hour-by-hour timelines (vendors, catering, technical, setup, breakdown)
— Identify logistical risks and resolve them proactively
— Create realistic, flow-driven floor plans
— Ensure operational clarity for all stakeholders
— Maintain overview across multiple simultaneous projects
You must understand guest flow, supplier coordination, realistic setup timing and on-site problem solving.
## REQUIRED PROFILE
— Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in weddings/events
— Experience creating and executing live run-of-show documents
— Strong operational thinking
— Extremely detail-oriented
— Able to work independently and deliver within deadlines
— Comfortable working inside planning software
This role requires precision, maturity and accountability.
