    Job Description
    We are seeking a skilled Website Administrator to maintain and populate content on our Mission Global website.

    This role is pivotal in assisting our Web Development Specialist with Shopify Web Design and Development, ensuring our website is user-friendly, aesthetically appealing, and effectively drives engagement and donations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and update website layouts, graphics, color schemes, and user interfaces to create visually appealing and intuitive web pages.
    • Collaborate closely with the Web Development Specialist to enhance website functionality and user experience.
    • Create engaging visuals including images, icons, and graphics to augment the website's aesthetic appeal.
    • Conduct thorough testing to confirm website functionality, cross-browser compatibility, and optimal performance.
    • Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices, including optimizing images and maintaining proper HTML structure.
    • Work in tandem with the team's senior writer to regularly update and maintain Mission Global's social media account's content, encompassing text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase online engagement and drive donation initiatives.
    • Monitor and track website engagement, analyzing traffic and conversion rates to generate comprehensive reports assessing the website's effectiveness.
    • Proactively engage in user testing and adjust website components based on feedback to improve user experience and conversion rates.
    • Support the Development and Communications team with daily tasks as needed.
    Required Skills


    • Passion for website administration, design, and content management.
    • A desire to learn web design and development tools, particularly with experience in Shopify, Canva, and Mailchimp.
    • Strong desire to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to content creation.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain assigned tasks.
    • Passionate about driving engagement and donations through innovative web strategies.
