And, of course, to be themselves.We're looking for an Inbound Sales Customer Support - Ottawa Hybrid
The position requires the use of independent judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action, thereby aligning with the corporate objective to deliver customer service excellence.
How you will make an impact:
- Primary contact for all inbound phone inquiries (creating cases in Salesforce) to Entrust Digital Sales and action accordingly by forwarding to colleagues, executives, support, verification, or sales
- Respond to inquiries regarding all products, pre-qualify and forward through Sales from Click to chat (live chat for Entrust Sales-digital, cloud and enterprise)-
- Assign all leads in Salesforce per territory listings-
- Provide administrative support for the SDR team
- Work with Verification and Support teams to ensure customer inquiries are responded to within one business day
- Create/research/update leads for Entrust Demos and Evaluations for all product lines and assign to Sales Teams for follow-up
- Create new accounts for Trial Evaluations
- Review all open leads greater than 2 plus days after assignment to reach out to lead owner.
- Manage unassigned lead queue in Salesforce, route leads accordingly
- Support SDR manager with reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications:
Basic
Qualifications:
- College Diploma, and/or relevant background in Customer Service, Pre sales or Inside Sales 35 years of related work experience and demonstrated customer delivery skills
- Telephone Skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, paying close attention to detail
- Demonstrated success in resolving customer issues/escalations
- Flexibility and fast adoption (to regular changes in priorities and workflow)
- Must be customerfocused and possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive, results oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or similar
- Customer service experience excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous formal sales training is considered an asset
- Fluency in other language(s), in addition to English
